Meet The Nashville Attorneys At Bart Durham Injury Law
If your car accident, workplace accident, product liability injury or medical malpractice injury was caused by someone else's negligence, you deserve justice — and my law firm demands it.
As a former U.S. assistant district attorney and assistant state attorney general, I have successfully handled thousands of serious accident personal injury cases, statewide and nationally, during my 35-plus years of experience. Many of those injury claims involved large commercial vehicles and catastrophic injuries.
Let me and my team of skilled associates do the work for the full financial compensation you are entitled to, while you continue with your medical recovery. My firm offers a free initial consultation, maximum availability to your concerns and a contingency fee policy that requires no attorney fee from you unless you recover money damages in a settlement or by jury verdict.
