REASONS TO HIRE OUR OFFICE

1. Experience

We have successfully settled or tried more than five thousand motor vehicle cases since 1985. That's a lot of experience.

Don't use an attorney who handles different cases such as bankruptcy and divorce as well as personal injury. Personal injury is the only thing we do.

We've made a lot of mistakes in the past five thousand cases. We learn something new with each case. An inexperienced law firm shouldn't use your case to gain experience.

We make the phone calls, get your medical reports and bills and negotiate with the insurance company. You won't have to talk with the adjustor again.

When your case is over, under state law you are required to reimburse the doctors and hospitals for all or part of your medical care. We negotiate with those providers for a reduction.

Don't make a settlement without a lawyer and then find the insurance check is payable jointly to the hospital and you. Or the check is payable to the hospital and your health care insurance company.
