Paralegal Assistant

Donnise fell in love with Middle Tennessee when she was an intern with the Tennessee Legislature in 1987. She decided to move to the area after graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in political science. After graduating from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute, she got her first job at the firm and worked in several different capacities until 1997. She then worked for the Circuit Judges of the 21st Judicial District for almost ten years and then returned to the Law Office of Bart Durham in June 2007. 

In her spare time, Donnise and her husband Shane raise their three kids, five dogs and two cats. Donnise also enjoys going to the lake with family, running, scrapbooking, and traveling.
