Paralegal

Kristie began her legal career in 1996 at a small law firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee and gained experience in a wide range of areas, including personal injury, bankruptcy, domestic relations/family law, real estate, workers' compensation, business formations, wills, estate planning and general litigation. She served as lead paralegal in many of her previous firm's largest cases. Kristie has experience in both Tennessee and Georgia law and now works as a paralegal for Bart Durham Injury Law focusing primarily on litigation in personal injury.

Kristie is a member of the Tunnel Hill Historical Society, a Notary-at-Large in the State of Tennessee, and holds a business administration degree. She is married to James Land and has two grown children, Abigail and Reed, and a grown stepson, Logan. She has one grandchild, Aubree, and a step grandchild, Emma. Kristie recently moved to Nashville and truly loves living in the city.
